YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

Our Process

Since 2000, we have found, evaluated and processed all phases of developments and permits. The benefit to you is that WE can manage all of the following for you with our in-house team and professional partners: Civil, Environmental, Geotechnical and Traffic Engineering, Surveying, Cultural Resource Management, Planning, Permits and more. We use an online management tool that allows you to see exactly where in the design and permitting process we are.

01

EXPLORE FEASIBILITY

During this phase, we explore feasibility options for the project, research zoning and collect bids. We screen subcontractors and collect bids for the various disciplines required by the jurisdiction your project is located in. At the end of this step, we will present you with a preliminary budget and a list of recommended subcontractors so that you can evaluate the budget and financing before proceeding to Step II.

02

manage the project

In this step, we will manage the project through preliminary approval. This includes communicating with the subcontractors and jurisdiction, keeping you up-to-date on the project’s progress and managing invoices as they come in. At the end of this step, the land use permit will be approved and you will be ready to prepare for the construction permit.

03

ENGINEERING OF STREET DESIGN

This step begins the next phase of your project. This is when the engineering of street design and storm water management is done. We will communicate with the engineer and jurisdiction and keep you updated on the progress. At the same time, we will be collecting and reviewing subcontractor bids for the next phase. At the end of this step, you will be ready to apply for the construction permit.
